Bellevue, Wash. – November 17, 2025 –Sterling Realty Organization (www.SterlingRealty.com) ‘SRO’, a fifth-generation real estate corporation with commercial real estate assets in the Puget Sound and Salt Lake City markets, today announced the addition of experienced real estate executive Casey Gibson as SRO Director of Asset Management, further strengthening its best-in-class leadership team.
In the newly-created role, Casey will work closely with SRO’s Vice President of Asset Management, Ivor Parkes, and the broader executive team to advance portfolio strategy, manage leasing strategy and oversee tenant relations across SRO’s expansive portfolio—with a focus on maximizing value performance of commercial properties/land assets, and optimizing building occupancy and income.

New Director of Asset Management: Casey Gibson
With nearly 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Casey previously served as Director of Leasing at Martin Selig Real Estate, where he oversaw all leasing activities and played a critical role in ensuring that tenant needs were met with the highest level of service and care.
Before that, he served as Associate Vice President at Colliers International, where he initially focused on office and flex/industrial leasing before expanding into land, investment, and owner and user sales.
As a Seattle native, Casey holds a Master of Science in Real Estate degree from the University of Washington (UW) College of Built Environments, as well as a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Development from UW, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from UW.
