SRO is pleased to announce the sale of Lake Tye Business Campus, a 214,000 square foot flex industrial campus on 12.6 acres in Monroe, WA. SRO acquired the building in 2018 and developed an additional flex use building on the property in 2019. SRO sold the property for $45,000,000. The 2018 acquisition was for $32,000,000.
