SRO is pleased to announce the acquisition of Symetra Financial Center. The Downtown Bellevue property built is a 25 story, 450,000 square foot Class A office building. SRO has owned the land under Symetra Center, as well as seven contiguous acres, since the late 1950’s. Tom Gilchrist, President of SRO said, “We are excited to own a Class A building in Bellevue. It complements our downtown holdings and is a natural evolution in our recent growth.”
