Sterling Realty Organization is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Skager to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Matt leaves his role as Secretary / Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer but remains a member of the Senior Management team and Investment Committee. Since joining the Company in 2014 Matt has sourced $570 million in debt and credit lines and played a key role on 29 transactions totaling over $1.1 billion in property acquisitions and dispositions. His deep understanding of SRO’s portfolio, financial position, and operations will be instrumental in maintaining the Company’s long term health and driving the Company’s strategic initiatives forward.
SRO is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Dolan as SRO’s Secretary, Treasury and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining SRO, Kevin was the Senior Director of Enterprise Planning at Weyerhaeuser Company. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, Kevin served in multiple finance roles at Starbucks Corporation, worked at McDonald’s Corporation, and started his career working in the audit and advisory practices at KPMG. Kevin graduated from the University of Notre Dame (BBA Accountancy) and the University of Washington (MPAcc).

Nancy has been in the commercial real estate industry for 20 plus years working for both the owner-operators and 3rd party management platforms. She brings unique and deep experience to the SRO team and will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property management team.
