SRO’s Vista Station property encompasses consists of four Class A suburban office buildings, surface parking, park space, and trailways. This nearly 47 acre site sits adjacent to the UTA Front Runner line and is easily accessible to I-15. Given its outstanding location and transit options, SRO has completed a development study to map out this site’s future mixed use potential. Central to this vision is a new street layout with structured parking, all designed around a central gathering point for food trucks, events, and community.
In addition to the existing office buildings the site has the future potential to include a mix of:
- New Commercial – 500k SF to 1.8 Million SF
- New Residential – 181k SF to 1 Million SF
The site is fully entitled with development agreements in place.
