Kevin is the Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Realty Organization. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accountancy in 2004 and graduated from the University of Washington with a Master of Professional Accounting in 2005. Kevin began his career with KPMG, working in the Seattle office’s audit practice and the Chicago office’s advisory practice. Before joining SRO in 2024, he served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Planning at Weyerhaeuser Company as well as a series of finance roles at Starbucks Corporation and McDonald’s Corporation focused on reporting, planning and analysis, sales, R&D and supply chain. He currently serves on the Board of the Notre Dame Club of Greater Seattle. Kevin lives in Sammamish with his wife Annie and their three sons, Danny, Billy and Johnny.
