Casey joined Sterling Realty Organization (SRO) in 2025 as Director of Asset Management. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington and has been active in Seattle’s commercial real estate industry since 2011.
Before joining SRO, Casey spent more than a decade as a broker with Colliers International, focusing on office and flex/industrial leasing. He later led leasing efforts for Martin Selig Real Estate, overseeing efforts across roughly four million square feet of office space in Seattle.
Known for his thoughtful, collaborative approach, Casey combines a strong analytical background with a deep understanding of the regional office market to help maximize value across SRO’s portfolio.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Casey golfing, skiing, or exploring the Issaquah Alps with his wife, children, and Labrador.
