Summary

SRO owns approximately 25 acres at the intersection of SR 518 and SR 99. Although there are healthy, mostly auto-related tenants in occupancy now, because of the adjacent light rail station and forthcoming bus rapid transit station, the site will at some point transition to an urban village. SRO is currently studying future concepts for this transition, and looks forward to working with all stakeholders in the near future exploring what possibilities make sense to aim for.
