As Vice President of Property Management at Sterling Realty Organization, Nancy Yost oversees the day-to-day operations of SRO’s commercial real estate portfolio, leading property operations to deliver exceptional tenant experiences, maintain operational excellence and support the long-term performance of the company’s assets. Having worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years—both for owner operators and third-party management companies—Nancy joined SRO in 2018, and has served in several leadership roles, first as Senior Property Manager before being promoted to Director of Property Management in 2024 and now as Vice President of Property Management in 2026.
Prior to joining SRO, Nancy worked for several leading Puget Sound commercial real estate companies, including Equity Office, CBRE and Urban Renaissance Group. With deep expertise in commercial property operations, Nancy has built her career from the ground up, progressing from administrative to leadership roles through more than two decades of operational and industry experience. Throughout her career, she has helped certify nine buildings to U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver designation (or higher) and was an integral part of the award-winning team that reimagined Symetra Center—a transformation that earned the NAIOP Washington Redevelopment/Renovation of the Year Award, the Bellevue Downtown Association (BDA) Placemaker Award, and the Commercial Property Executive (CPE) Influence Award for Most Effective Repositioning/Redevelopment Plan.
Nancy believes in leading with transparency and teamwork, recognizing that every member of her team brings a unique perspective. She especially enjoys the relationship-driven nature of commercial real estate, where no two days are the same and collaboration with dynamic team members and tenants is essential to delivering outstanding results.
Active in her local community, Nancy has served on the Little League Board, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Board and Mount Si Baseball Team Board, and currently serves on her local High School Softball Booster Board. She lives on the Eastside and enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, and their two children.
